Berry Crumble

Full of antioxidants and vitamin C, berries really are powerful - Here is our delicious berry crumble to warm you up on a cold day.


For the crumble

  • 1 cup of gluten free oats 
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds 
  • 1/4 pumpkin seeds 
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp ground ginger (optional)



1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan 

2. Add in the berries, cinnamon and maple syrup 

3. Allow to cook for about 5 mins until soft 

4. While the berries are cooking, blend together the crumble ingredients in a food processor until all is broken down (not too fine) 

5. Add the cooked berries to an oven proof dish 

6. Add the crumble on top 

7. Bake in the oven for 20mins 

8. Serve with coconut yoghurt
