This Organic Nettle tea is is a delicious, high standard herbal tea that has been wonderfully made with 100% organically grown nettle herb. The teabags are unbleached and free from all chemical additives. Nettlewort tea has a diuretic effect which is useful for flushing out the renal system by increasing the volume of urine. it also contains vitamin c and silicic acid which maybe helpful in the prevention of rheumatic problems.
Nettle.
Pour freshly boiled water over the bag. Brew for 5 - 10 minutes. Sweeten to taste if desired.
