Adults: 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow through with a further cup of water or juice. Children/Young Adults: 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow through with a further cup of water or juice. Psyllium husks swell when mixed with water for this reason parents should seek advice from a practitioner before giving to children under 11. Can also be added to meal replacements or shakes.
