I have been taking Beta 1,3D Glucan Capsules for quite a long time and think they enhance my general health.

Beta 1,3 D Glucan
Mr Jan De Vries recommended I take Beta Glucans&Elderberry Immune Complex. These don5 seem to be available now so taking 1,3D Glucan. I do feel they help but am sad that they cost almost double the price of the previous ones.
