- We will be unable to send liquid-based products and products that contain alcohol.
- Alcohol containing liquid products include the A. Vogel range of herbal tinctures.
- Food-supplement products in the form of tablets and capsules are eligible for EU & international shipment.

EU & International Delivery
EU and international deliveries will take longer than estimated UK deliveries. All orders are sent via Royal Mail who will then pass your order to your country's postal service to be delivered to your address. It is likely your order will require a signature upon receipt.
Republic of Ireland shipments
Please be aware that we have experienced noticeable delays for parcels in Irish customs. It is advisable that any orders sent to a Republic of Ireland address inquire via our email first before placing your order: sales@jandevrieshealth.co.uk
Customs & duties
All EU and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are levied once a shipment reaches your country and payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. EU and international customers will need to take responsibility for any import duties. Rates vary according to country, and we can't advise you on what the charges will be.

Our postage zones for orders out with the United Kingdom is divided into four zones and pricing is as follows.
All EU and international orders are sent on a tracked service.
The postage cost for orders within Zone 1 is £15.
Zone 1 countries: Andorra, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland and Monaco.
The postage cost for orders within Zone 2 is £20.
Zone 2 countries: Canada, Gibraltar, Switzerland & USA.
The postage cost for orders within Zone 3 is £25.
Zone 3 countries: Albania, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Serbia, Singapore, Turkey & Ukraine.
The postage cost for orders within Zone 4 is £30.
Zone 4 countries: Antigua & Barbuda, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda & Seychelles.
