Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Fennel 4:1 extract (Foeniculum vulgare) (seed) 200 mg
Anise (Pimpinella anisum) (seed) 150 mg
Caraway (Carum carvi) (seed) 100 mg
Other ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), rice starch, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
Directions
Recommended Adult Dose: 1 capsule, 3 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contraindications.
Do not use if you are allergic to the celery family (Apiaceae or Umbelliferae), anise seed or anethole .
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation.
Not suitable for children.
