Glucosamine hydrochloride
There are 2 main types of glucosamine available; glucosamine sulphate and glucosamine hydrochloride.
Both forms offer equal joint support but the hydrochloride version is the best form to take when looking to minimise your salt (sodium) intake.

Allergy Advice:
Glucosamine is derived from crustaceans (the outer cases of shellfish eg. shrimp) and should be avoided by those suffering from sea food or shell fish allergy.
Directions: Most people find that using a high intake of 1500mg glucosamine (3 capsules) daily is best for the first month to six weeks. Thereafter a lower intake of around 1000mg (2 capsules) appears to be enough.
