What are Plantago Drops?
Plantago is a perennial herb and provides a nutritious food source to wildlife as well as agricultural animals. Culpepper, the well known herbalist, described the herb as both astringent and soothing. Some years later, Alfred Vogel also found Plantago to be one of the ‘undervalued’ plants used in healthcare.

Dosage of Plantago drops
Directions:
Adults: 15 drops 2 to 3 times a day, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

Ingredients
Tincture of organically grown fresh leaves and flowers of Plantago lanceolata (Lance Leaf Plantain), extracted in alcohol (49%V/V).

Plantago
I suffer from nasal polyps and my congestion is much worse if I have a cold. Plantago does make a difference to my symptoms. Wouldn’t be without it.

I’m not one for doing reviews, but I felt this product merited one. I had been suffering from catarrh in the back of my throat for about 10 months which was also causing a bad cough and making me feel breathless. Two lots of antibiotics, two different nasal sprays, and numerous bottles of cough linctus later, the problem just wouldn’t go away. In desperation to solve the problem I went into the Prestwick store and spoke to Jeanette who recommended that I try Plantago. I said to myself “what have I got to lose” so I bought a bottle thinking I’d probably be wasting my money. After using it for three times a day for around fourteen days the symptoms have practically disappeared. Coincidence? I don’t know, but I’ll certainly be keeping a bottle in the house at all times in the future as it appears to be working for me.

I got the condition post nasal drip, which restricts breathing especially @ nighttime. Since taking Plantago my breathing has much improved,
Post nasal drip cannot be cured but with Plantago I get relieve with breathing and don't get blocked up anymore as it also relieves my sinus problems.
