What is Siberian Ginseng?
The active ingredients in Siberian Ginseng are called eleutherosides. Recently, Western medicine has also recognized the adaptogenic benefits of this herb. Alfred Vogel learned to value Siberian Ginseng whilst working with local practitioners in Russia and on his return to his own clinic in Switzerland added it to his extensive herbal dispensary.
Siberian Ginseng may also be found in the A.Vogel product Ginsavena tincture - a combination of Siberian Ginseng and Avena sativa.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Dosage of Siberian Ginseng
Adults: 20 - 30 drops twice daily, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Not to be used during pregnancy or whilst breast-feeding.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Siberian Ginseng
I do not think I am getting the benefit from this at the moment. My body clock is totally out of synch. For so long now I am unable to sleep at night, and invariably fall asleep around 5am. Consequently, later I go to sleep more soundly during the day. I am tired most of the time with little or no energy. I am still taking the drops, so hopefully I will soon find improvement.
