Balance Mineral Drink is a powdered food supplement that contains magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium and vitamin D, which makes it great at reducing fatigue, improving energy and replacing electrolytes.

Balance Mineral Drink is for anyone over the age of 16 who experiences fatigue and tiredness.

Dosage of Balance Mineral Drink
One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.

Ingredients
Gum arabic (excipient), calcium citrate, potassium citrate, strawberry fruit powder (14.3%), magnesium citrate, natural flavours (strawberry and vanilla), calcium lactate, magnesium carbonate, zinc citrate, natural vitamin D3 powder (plant source), sweetener (steviol glycoside 95%).
Balance Mineral Drink contains sweetener derived from steviol glycosides (stevia) rather than sugar. Diabetics should still be aware of the 1.8g of carbohydrate content per sacher, of which <0.5g is natural sugar.

Decided to try these after a virus left me feeling a bit low and tired. After three days improvement showed. Although strawberry flavour it is not particularly nice in water but milk or yoghurt was ok

This drink has made an amazing difference to my total wellbeing. I have found that, whereas, before I used to struggle to want to do things and indeed get motivated, I am now not thinking - I am doing! It is so wonderful to have this energy and feel enthusiastic once again. I have a long term illness and it has been years since I have been so uplifted and cheerful being able to do my household chores. I shall now be ordering this monthly :)
