Allergy advice: These products are manufactured in a facility that also handles cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites, lupin and molluscs and products thereof.

Directions

One heaped scoop dissolved in about 200ml of water or your favourite fruit drink twice daily or as directed by a health professional. Mix well before drinking and re-mix if left standing for 5 minutes or more. This product is best taken on an empty stomach. Do no exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not e used as a substitute for a varied diet.

The website works well, the deliveries are fast and efficient even over holiday periods. I couldnt find the product cheaper elsewhere in the UK.
