If you’re a vegetarian or vegan then we can’t recommend this vitamin B12 supplement enough!
Vitamin B12 can only be found naturally in meat, fish and dairy products, and in some fortified cereals. It is important for the nervous system, metabolism and iron absorption, so without enough you may experience fatigue, mood problems and nerve problems.
Of Solgar’s vitamin B12 supplements, these tablets provide the lowest dose, but they still more than cover your recommended daily allowance. And of course, they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Q: Is 100ug b12 enough
A: B12 recommended dietary allowance (RDA) is 2.4 mcg daily for people 18 years and older so 100mcg are definitely enough. However, if you are vegan or B12 deficient, you might need a higher dosage which could be between 600mcg -1200mcg.
