Lamberts® Vitamin D 400iu provides 10µg of this important nutrient in the preferred D3 form and at a strength that is being recommended by the Department of Health for the following groups of people:
• pregnant and breastfeeding women
• all adults over the age of 65years
• anyone not exposed to much sun
These are small, easy to swallow tablets, which are made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Each tablet delivers:
Vitamin D (as vitamin D3)
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate).
Less than 1 hour.
To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.
Usage and Administration
Take 1 tablet daily.

I take 2 of these a day to supplement Calci-D-Min, since I only take 2 of the latter daily, as advised by my osteopath - who actually recommends 2000iu daily between October & March
